Musician
As a musician, Alex Gray has performed many types of music from classical, jazz, dixieland, rock, pop and more. Currently, his schedule consists of musical gigs being a woodwind doubler and jazz gigs with different small combos or big bands. Mr. Gray has been a featured soloist in multiple concertos for Clarinet, and has been a featured soloist in big bands on Saxophone and Clarinet. Mr. Gray has a degree in Clarinet and Saxophone, however he is also proficient in flute, oboe, and bassoon. Currently, he has gigged all over the Hudson Valley, North Country and in different parts of the tri-state area. Mr. Gray has studied clarinet with Prof. Christine Hoerning, Dr. Julianne Kirk Doyle and Alix Janove, as well as saxophone with Dr. Casey Grev, Chad Lefkowitz Brown and Andrew Gould.
